Larger sizes of Rosahl micro-dehumidifier membranes are availabe with either moulded plastic surrounds as in the MDL types, or mounted on pre-drilled stainless steel plates as in the M-Series

New Rosahl mounting kits

The new range of optional Rosahl mounting kits for the MDL series of membranes is designed to simplify membrane installation.  Fabricated from pre-drilled stainless steel, three models are available:  for the MDL-3, MDL-5, and the MDL-7.  They can be purchased as kits, comprising a retaining plate and two packers/gaskets.  The packers are manufactured from ethylene propylene gaskets and are also available seperately.

It is recommendd that gaskets are fitted to both sides of the membrane to reduce moisture ingress and ensure a reliable installation.  The retainer plates should be fixed using M4 screws, with care taken to ensure the membrane terminals are adequately distanced or insulated from the panel surface.

When installing in an outdoor panel fitted with a rain cover, care should be taken to avoid interference with the rain cover attaching screws.
